During this two-hour session, Portia guided the participants in an exploration of somatic awareness, specifically delving into the application of touch within improvisational contexts. Through deliberate, slow-paced bodily movements, she facilitated a nuanced experiential understanding of consciousness and bodily perception among the participants, fostering a collective sense of social cohesion through embodied connections.
